Apple Cider Sangria

Sangria isn't just for summer! This Apple Cider Sangria combines Tapped Apple's Watch Hill White Wine with our First Bite Hard Cider to make the perfect, easy fall cocktail.

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of Tapped Apple's Watch Hill White Wine

• 1 and 3/4 cups Tapped Apple's First Bite Hard Cider

• 3 cinnamon sticks (plus more for garnish)

• 2 honeycrisp apples, chopped

• 1 orange, thinly sliced

• 1/2 cup brandy

• 1/4 cup orange juice (or juice from 2 medium oranges)

• juice from 1 lemon

• club soda, to taste

Instructions

1. Place chopped apples and cinnamon sticks in a pitcher.

2. Add all liquids except for club soda.

3. Stir.

4. Add club soda to taste.

5. Sip and enjoy!

Ginger Black Cherry Margarita

Enjoy this deeply delicious Ginger Black Cherry Margarita, made with Tapped Apple's Cerise Noir Red Wine and Ginger Wine.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Blanco tequila

1 tsp sugar*

2 oz. fresh lime juice*

Ice (2-4 cubes)

4 oz. Tapped Apple Cerise Noir Red Wine

4 oz. Tapped Apple Ginger Wine

*Instead of sugar and lime juice, use 2 large tbsps of frozen Limeade.

Glass: 16 oz. Tall/Pint (or Margarita glass) filled with ice.

Garnish: cherries, lime wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.

2. Cap and shake vigorously.

3. Strain into serving glass.

4. Garnish with a slice of lime and some cherries.

Elder Mojito

INGREDIENTS

1 small mint sprig

2 slices lime

4-6 fresh raspberries

1 tbsp Capizzano's Wild Cascadian Raspberry Aged White Balsamic

6 oz. Tapped Apple Cidery & Winery's Respect the Elder wine

2 oz. club soda (Raspberry or Raspberry Lime)

DIRECTIONS

Muddle mint leaves, lime, raspberries, and balsamic together in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Respect the Elder wine; cover and shake until chilled. Pour entire contents of shaker into a Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with raspberry and mint sprig.

To really let the raspberry shine, swap Tapped Apple Cidery & Winery's "Respect the Elder" wine with our "Watch Hill White".
