1/2 cup Watch Hill White Wine
1 cup sliced strawberries
15 oz. can peaches in fruit juice (reserve liquid)
1/2 cup of fruit juice reserved from canned peaches
1 tbsp Capizzanos Peach Balsamic Vinegar
Alternative: Instead of canned peaches and sugar, try 2 fresh peaches and 1/2 cup of fruit juice of your choice.
Puree the peaches, strawberries, wine, fruit juice, 1/2 cup of water, vinegar, and sugar until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
Divide mixture among 6 ice pop molds and insert sticks.
Freeze until solid and enjoy.
