CRIBBAGE NIGHT

Join us for Cribbage Night on Friday, July 3 from 6:00–8:00 PM! Whether you're a seasoned player or curious to learn the game for the first time, all skill levels are welcome. Next Stop Comedy returns to Tapped Apple on Saturday, July 11 for another night of big laughs. With a fresh lineup of talented comedians at every show, it's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun night out with friends, family, or that special someone. This month's headliner is Chris Post, a Boston-based comedian and 2019 Boston Comedy Festival finalist who has performed at comedy festivals across the country. SIP & PAINT WINE GLASSES

Join Positive Paint Parties on Friday, July 31 from 6:00 - 8:00PM in the tasting room for a fun and creative summer sip and paint event! In this in-person class, you’ll paint your own summer-themed wine glass and choose between two cheerful designs: bright sunflowers or playful watermelon slices. No experience is needed. This event is all about relaxing, getting creative, and enjoying a fun night out. Each ticket includes one wine glass to paint and one drink to enjoy during the event.
TASTING ROOM ARTISTS
GLYNIS J. BLANKER



Glynis J. Blanker is a curator, published photographer, and mixed media artist whose work reflects a deep commitment to creative exploration across multiple disciplines. Her artwork has been featured in Wanderings publications celebrating regional artists, and in 2025, one of her oil pastel works was selected for the cover of the Wanderings book jacket, further distinguishing her presence within the local arts community. With more than three decades of experience in visual presentation and design, Glynis currently serves as Visual Merchandising Manager for the NEXCOM at the Navy Exchange Subase in Groton. Her leadership in the field has been recognized through her team’s receipt of the prestigious 360° Excellence in Visual Merchandising Presentations and Standards Award in 2019, one of the highest honors in visual merchandising. Glynis is an award-winning visual artist whose creative journey began in photography before evolving into painting and pastel work. In 2023, her photographic work received significant recognition throughout southeastern Connecticut. At the Annual Members/Elected Artists Exhibition at the Mystic Museum of Art, she was honored with the Members Overall Excellence Award for her photograph Windows of the Wauregan. The following month, the photograph The Kiss earned Second Place at the Norwich Arts Center in Norwich, Connecticut. Later that year, her photograph The Boat Yard was selected as one of 32 featured works in an exhibition at the Alexey von Schlippe Gallery at University of Connecticut Avery Point and was highlighted in The Day. Glynis’s artistic practice is grounded in experimentation and a deep appreciation for the expressive possibilities of multiple mediums. Under the mentorship of local artist Marvin Espy, she has expanded her visual language through oil and pastel painting, creating work that is both deeply personal and visually compelling. Alongside her studio practice, Glynis is committed to strengthening the regional arts community through leadership and service. She currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Hygienic Art Organization, where she is in her third year of service, supporting opportunities for artists and fostering community engagement. She is also an active member of both the Norwich Arts Center and the Mystic Museum of Art.
JOANE BUTEAU DUMONT



Joane Buteau Dumont is an accomplished artist known for her captivating Acrylic and Mix Media paintings. Based in the vibrant art scenes of Boston and New York City, she infuses her work with a profound sense of empathy and spirituality, aiming to portray emotions and connections beyond the tangible. Buteau Dumont's journey through education, from Hotel Administration in Ithaca to culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America and Paris, has enriched her artistic perspective. A MassArt alumna, she also contributes her talents as a member of the Haitian Artists Assembly of Massachusetts (HAAM), showcasing her pieces in group exhibitions across the state. Her artistic accolades include a solo exhibition at Boston's Piano Craft Gallery, as well as participation in prestigious events with The Litchfield Jazz Festival and exhibitions in Haiti. As a HAAM member, her work has graced notable venues such as City Hall and the State House in Boston, as well as Massasoit Community College's Akillian Gallery. Buteau Dumont's contributions have been recognized with an Official Resolution from Mayor Michelle Wu for her involvement in groundbreaking exhibits such as Still Art Rises – First Haitian Women’s Exhibit at City Hall. She was selected by a curatorial council for inclusion in the exhibition "A Black Perspective on the Modern World" at Culture Lab LIC in Long Island City, NY. In 2022 and 2024, she was selected to exhibit with the Haitian Roundtable at the French Consulate in New York City. As a member of the SoWa Artist Guild, she continues to push the boundaries of her creativity while contributing to the rich tapestry of the artistic community.
